New Balance Outdoor Nationals 2024 Schedule. We are continually monitoring the city and state regulations to keep everyone as safe as possible. Friday marks the second day of new balance nationals outdoor at the historic franklin field at the university of pennsylvania.
New balance has eliminated the rising stars division and will host the traditional “championship”, “freshman”, and “middle school” divisions. All races will run slow to fast with the seeded section going last.
